Founding Content & Marketing Intern

About this role
Still in stealth. Still early. Still messy in the best way. This internship is not about learning on the side — you will be part of the core build phase. By the end of your internship, you will help launch Fibly to the market. You will be our first hire outside the founding team.
What you'll do
- Edit and shape long-form content — YouTube, podcasts, deep-dive videos
- Work closely on content ideation and storytelling
- Manage and execute our content calendar end-to-end
- Handle parts of our social media presence end-to-end
- Experiment with formats, hooks, and distribution strategies
- Use AI tools to speed up research, editing, and content workflows
- Sit in on real product, marketing, and strategy discussions
What we're looking for
- You genuinely enjoy editing — you care about pacing, flow, and storytelling
- Obsessed with long-form content: YouTube, podcasts, breakdowns
- Curious about how content actually drives growth
- Already exploring or open to using AI tools for productivity
- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of graduation
